A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes related to B's name theft;
A. On November 21, 201, the Defendant entered “D” and “B” in the resident registration number column of the mobile phone application form located in the GGU’s mobile communications agency located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as of November 21, 201, in relation to the establishment and use of the mobile phone, and signed “B” at will on the name side of the applicant’s name.
Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a written application for joining a mobile phone in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and duties for the purpose of uttering.
(2) The Defendant, at the above date and at the same place, submitted an application for subscription to a forged mobile phone as in the preceding paragraph, to an employee of the ELG Plus (LGU) who was aware of the forgery, and exercised it.
(3) The Defendant, at the above date and place, submitted an application for the joining of the cell phone as above to an employee in the above name ELS (LGU) of the victim’s LGU, and made a false statement as if he had been admitted to and used for a legitimate mobile phone, and acquired the aforementioned amount of KRW 883,371 in total, including the cell phone installed E from an employee in the name of the victim and the service using the cell phone.
B. On December 7, 2011, the Defendant entered “D” and “B” in the resident registration number column of the site for the new establishment of the passbook in the post office located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and signed “B” at his/her own discretion on the name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a new application for the establishment of a bankbook in the name of B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. (1) If, at the same time and at a place as referred to in paragraph (1), a post office employee who is not aware of the forgery;
(b)be forged as referred to in (1).
