Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on October 21, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 29, 2014.

1. In spite of the fact that the Defendant, even though he did not permit the opening of a mobile phone from B (the age of 55), he had the intention to steal B’s name as if he had obtained permission for the opening of a mobile phone.

On March 14, 2013, the Defendant stated “B”, “F” and “B” in the name column of the SK Telecom E mobile phone service contract in the name column of the name of “B”, “F” and “F” in the resident registration number column, and signed “B” in the application customer column of Seoul Metropolitan City, Northern-gu G apartment 101 Dong 903.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the SKport New Contract under B, a private document on the rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant stated “1,809,000 won” in the indictment in B’s name at the above date and place, but it appears to be a clerical error.

A considerable amount of SK Telecom H mobile phone new contract, stating “B”, “F” and “B” in the name column of resident registration number column and address column, signed “B” in the application customer column and signed “B” in the application customer column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the SKport New Contract under B, a private document on the rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the above 1-A, delivered a forged SK service new contract to the mobile phone store employees who are aware of the forgery as if it were the document duly formed.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as the above 1-B, forged against the cell phone store employees who are aware of the forgery.
