All appeals are dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against each appellant.
Reasons
The plaintiffs and the defendant's grounds of appeal are also examined.
For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court rejected the Plaintiffs’ primary claim seeking a corrective report on the instant “E and “D” program broadcasted by the Defendant, and, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, made the Plaintiffs’ preliminary claim seeking a counterargument report on each of the above programs broadcast in “D”, and did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the relevant legal doctrine, etc.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against each losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
