All appeals are dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against each appellant.

The plaintiffs and the defendant's grounds of appeal are also examined.

For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court rejected the Plaintiffs’ primary claim seeking a corrective report on the instant “E” and “D” program broadcasted by the Defendant, and subsequently allowed the Plaintiffs to broadcast the counterarguments, etc. indicated in the lower court’s judgment (attached Form 1) in D with respect to each of the aforementioned programs. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the relevant legal doctrine.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against each losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
