Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:40 on December 29, 2015, the Defendant operated a similar act with the name of “E” on the 1st basement of Gangnam-gu Seoul (Seoul D) and “E” on the Internet website (G) with a photograph emphasizing the chest and leg part of young women who were under clothes or short flaping in the Internet F site “location: Location: 4 minutes from the I.S. Dok 4 Station, 35,000/40,000 won for JA course (15 minutes / 15 minutes / 45,000, 69), BS course (20/50,000, 2000, 300/500, 600, 3000, 600, 600, 600, 600, 600, 600, 600, 600,000.

Accordingly, the defendant advertised a business place where the act of arranging sexual traffic is performed through the similarity act.

2. From November 2015, the Defendant: (a) had nine rooms, shower rooms, toilets, etc. at the above E business establishment; (b) employed K as a female sexual traffic; and (c) had engaged in commercial sex acts against many unspecified male descendants via the Internet, such as the preceding paragraph, while engaging in commercial sex acts for business against the unspecified number of male descendants through the Internet, on December 29, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 60,00 from L, who was seeking to report the Internet advertisement in the preceding paragraph at around 16:00; and (d) instructed k to 5 times, and caused k to spread or rapidly assess the sexual character of L by hand and k.

As a result, the Defendant had engaged in arranging sexual traffic through the act of similarity from the middle of November 2015 to December 29, 2015.
