A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2013, the Defendant employed B at 15,000 won per day while running a business of arranging sexual traffic, and had B distribute the name cards and leaflets containing doping, 200 manager, male dedicateds, and female reflectors and telephone numbers, and advertised B at a business of arranging sexual traffic, etc.

2. From April 30, 2013 to September 4, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., (i.e., arranging commercial sex acts) reported on the name boomed logs that advertised the Defendant’s business by employing sexual traffic employees D, etc. under Article 1102 of the Busan B-gu Seoul Building No. 1102, and (ii) allowed male customers who called, to receive KRW 80,000 per hour, KRW 110,00 per hour, and have them to engage in the act of similarity in the manner of stimulatinging the sexual organ of the male son’s loss by using his hand, and arrange commercial sex acts by allowing them to do so.
