1. 성매매광고의 점 피고인들은 함께 2015. 12. 20.경부터 서울 강남구 D 오피스텔 407호, 414호, 512호, 523호, 1004호 등에서 ‘E’라는 상호로 유사성행위 업소를 운영하면서 인터넷 성매매 사이트 ’F‘, ‘G', ’H‘ 등에 “I”라는 제목으로 일본 전통 의상을 입은 젊은 여성들의 가슴, 다리 부위를 강조하여 찍은 사진과 함께 “문의전화 J K역 3번 출구 도보로 3분이내!! 남자의 로망 ’섹슈얼 AV컨셉‘이란 기존 하드컨셉보다는 더욱 더 화끈하고 더욱 더 강력한 쾌감 마사지입니다!! L age 23 / 162cm / 55kg / C”라는 내용으로 여자종업원으로 하여금 불특정 다수의 남자 손님들을 상대로 유사성행위를 한다는 취지의 광고를 하였다.
