1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of six months and a fine of three million won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. From July 2019 to August 26, 2019, the Defendant placed two shower rooms, seven marina rooms, one toilet, and two employees waiting rooms in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with two facilities, and then employed female employees, such as C, on the Internet sex trafficking website, and then placed an advertisement that the Defendant may engage in similar acts in Category A course (the escape of female employees), 45,000 won, B course (the escape of female employees), 5,00 won, and C course (the escape of female employees, the number of female employees), 5,00 won, and 5,00 won, and there was a similarity between the Plaintiff and other employees by causing them to stimulate their employees, such as C, to receive the payment for the sex trafficking by customer, and by inducing their employees, their grandchildren, etc., to enter into the Internet sex trafficking website.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. On August 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) committed commercial sex acts by receiving 45,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts from customers E who reported the advertisement from around 12:20 of the said “D” business, and by committing similar intercourse, such as scambling, in his/her hand, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts.

1. The act of arranging sexual traffic shall be committed against a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. which selects one's imprisonment with prison labor as an option;
