1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,281,480 as well as 15% per annum from March 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff supplied subordinate districts equivalent to KRW 76,644,480 between August 22, 2015 and October 2015, but did not receive KRW 54,281,480 from the Defendant, the Plaintiff’s failure to dispute between the parties or may be recognized by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount payable to the Plaintiff, KRW 54,281,480, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 22, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a duplicate of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
