1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 83,631,539 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff, who is the PVC retailer, supplied the goods equivalent to KRW 83,631,539 to the Defendant by August 4, 2016, does not conflict between the parties, or that it can be recognized according to the statements in Gap 1 and 2. Thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 83,631,539 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 24, 2016 to the day of full payment, from September 24, 2016.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
