1. The Defendant shall pay 29,112,600 won to the Plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 30, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff completed the above construction by being awarded a contract for KRW 24,747,80 with the Defendant on March 29, 2016, and the Plaintiff was awarded a contract for KRW 4,364,80 for the construction work from the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s completion of the construction work on May 2016 can be recognized by either dispute between the parties or comprehensively taking into account the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap’s evidence Nos. 112,60 won (=24,747,800 won) and its payment delay damages calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
