1. The defendant shall pay 6,45,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 18, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The plaintiff's assertion is the same as the attached sheet of "the ground for the claim" (However, "creditor" shall be "the plaintiff," "debtor" shall be deemed "the defendant"), and it can be recognized in full view of the facts not disputed between the parties and the whole purport of the argument in Gap 1 through 4.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 6,45,00 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from March 18, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
