1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 19,708,490 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 30, 2016 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied the equipment to the Defendant during the period from 2010 to 2016 and did not receive KRW 19,708,490 from the Defendant is either a dispute between the parties or according to the statement in Gap evidence 1 to 16, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount payable to the Plaintiff for the payment of KRW 19,708,490 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 30, 2016, the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
