1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 48,580,581 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from August 12, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The plaintiff's assertion is the same as the attached Form 2, and it can be recognized in full view of the facts that there is no dispute between the parties and the whole purport of the pleading in Gap 1 through 9.

However, the fact that the Defendant returned to the Plaintiff the goods equivalent to KRW 23,342,00 after the filing of the instant lawsuit is not in dispute between the parties.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 48,580,581 won (71,922,581 won - 23,342,00 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from August 12, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
