1. From January 1, 2010 to August 4, 2011, Defendant A was in a position to exercise influence through the payment of progress payment and construction management to the original contractor of the said construction project, and Defendant B was in a position to receive money and valuables under the pretext of good offices by allowing various construction works conducted by the instant project team to be performed by the instant project team, using the fact that Defendant A, who is his own Dong Dong Dong Dong, is the head of the instant project team, to be an employee, the construction contract, the price management, and the compensation management.
