A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

around 00:20 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant was arrested as the recipient of the case of assaulting K on the front line of the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and was investigated at the Seoul Central Police Station in the Seoul Central Police Station. On the ground that he was holding a copy of the “L” foreigner registration certificate, the Defendant was willing to steal the name of L in all documents prepared during the investigation process.

1. On May 3, 2016, the Defendant was required to present an identification card from the police assistant N in the Seoul Central Police Station and the M Team office located in Jung-gu Seoul Central Police Station on May 3, 2016.

The defendant presented a copy of L's foreign registration certificate in the name of the Seoul Immigration Control Office, which was held by the defendant, as if the defendant was the defendant's foreign registration certificate, and illegally presented the official document.

2. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On May 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was investigated as the victim of the assault case at the same place as Paragraph (1) around 06:30 on May 3, 2016; (b) was informed of L as if he was L and completed the investigation; and (c) signed L’s name in the column of the statement in the suspect interrogation protocol; and (d) marked the Defendant’s name on the side of the signature.

Accordingly, the defendant forged L's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his right.

B. The Defendant, at the above time and place, issued a written protocol of suspect interrogation, which forged the signature of the Defendant, to a slope N who was aware of the forgery, and exercised it.

3. Forgery of a private name and the use of a written name for such investigation;

A. The Defendant, after being examined as the person who was the victim at the above time, at the above time and place, stamped the Defendant’s name next to the name of L in the confirmation letter of the investigation process.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged L's name without authority for the purpose of exercising his right.

B. The Defendant is entitled to the above time and date of the above investigation.
