A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime of the 2016 high group 3289;

A. On October 12, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Security Act: (a) driven and operated a HW 320i vehicle owned by the Defendant, who did not obtain a driver’s license in a section of approximately 1 km in front of the history of the 1km comprehensive playground located in the same city from the Do in front of the 1st place of the river basin located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si. 16:20 on October 12, 2016.

B. At around 16:25 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant was “L” on the Defendant’s pro-friendly L name and age at the bottom of the above written consent; (b) marked off the Defendant’s name and age to the Defendant’s friendly L, and marked off the Defendant’s seal on the front line at around 16:25 on the same day; and (c) issued the Defendant a forged voluntary accompanying consent to the Defendant, as above, with the intention of using and exercising the right to voluntarily compel the Defendant, at the Joncheon-si Police Station of the Busan Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, I located; and (d) required the Defendant to prepare a voluntary accompanying consent; and (e) having concealed the fact of driving a license without the license.

Then, as the Defendant demanded a slope M to prepare a vehicle operation report at the same time and at the same place, the Defendant stated the name and resident registration number of the said L in the above written statement for the purpose of exercising it, stated “L” in the “statement” column at the bottom of the above written statement as “L”, affixed the seal, and issued the forged vehicle operation report to the above M, who is unaware of the forgery.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged and exercised a letter of voluntary accompanying consent under L, which is a private document on the proof of facts, and a written statement of vehicle operation.

The Defendant, at around 17:51 on the same day, signed the signature forgery and the above investigation, the Defendant, at the investigation and N, at the Seocheon-si Police Station located in 84, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 311, 311, and at the same time, at a slopeO.
