A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was voluntarily accompanied by a police officer assistant D to whom the police officer assigned a police box in the Gu/Si/Gu police station C, which was located in B of the Gu/Si/Gu, and was investigated by the police officer assigned to the above police box; and (b) was the Defendant’s work nurse.

E, while making a statement as if he were E, signed the “E” and the “E” in the “E” column for confirmation of the investigative process confirmation for the purpose of exercising the statement after making a statement, and forged the above E’s signature by using the Defendant’s unmanned on the side of the name.

2. The Defendant, at the above time and place, submitted a statement protocol and a written confirmation of investigation process bearing the forged E’s signature to the said assistant D, who is aware of the forgery, as seen above, and exercised it.

Summary of Evidence

1. A protocol concerning the interrogation of each police officer against the defendant or E;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes of police statement protocol to E;

1. Article 239 (1) (Counterfeit of a private signature), Article 239 (1) and (2) of the Criminal Act concerning the facts constituting an offense;

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Act of the ordinary concurrent crimes (only between the crimes of intent to affix signature to each of the above investigations);

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act or more;
