A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant used C's resident registration number unlawfully, forged C's private signature, and exercised forged private signature.

2. On August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed traffic and H office in Gwangjin-gu Police Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station”) around August 20, 2017; (b) when the Defendant was investigated by driving without a license due to driving as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) from the background leading up to the police station, C’s personal information, and was investigated as the victim; and (c) confirmed the content of the suspect interrogation protocol, signed the “C” on the person’s statement column, and issued it to I.

Accordingly, the defendant forged C's signature and used forged private signature.
