Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A operated a "D" mobile phone sales store in Sejong City C and 101, and Defendant B operated a "F" mobile phone sales store in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon.

1. Defendant A

Nevertheless, on January 23, 2016, the Defendant offered a total of 330 Chinese passport information, as shown in the annexed Table (1) from around the above time to March 13, 2016, by opening the pre-paid mobile phone through the Internet car page, using the Chinese passport information that he/she acquired through the travel agency. On January 23, 2016, the Defendant received from the above-mentioned “D” office a copy of the Defendant’s passport via e-mail, and received a total of 330 Chinese passport information as shown in the annexed Table (1).

Accordingly, the defendant was provided with personal information that he knew in the course of his business in collusion with another person.

B. As above, the Defendant conspired with a person with an infinite name, used a Chinese passport information acquired by him/her through his/her travel agency, and led him/her to take profits by opening a cell phone in advance.

On January 2016, in collusion with the Defendant and his name in the name column of the application form for the purchase of the small telecom, he forged an application form for the pre-paid telecom with the purpose of exercising 330 times in total, such as (i) the pre-paid telecom in the name column of “H”, “I”, “H”, or “H”, and signing next to the application form, and then, from around that time to March 2016, he forged the application form for the pre-paid telecom with the purpose of exercising 330 times in total, such as (ii) the re-written list of crimes.
