Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 4716] Defendant A managed “G” mobile phone sales stores in heading 64 and 65 of the Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon. Defendant B managed “I” mobile phone sales stores in heading H and 2 Section 14 of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. Defendant C is a person who actually operated the aforementioned “G” mobile phone sales store and “I” mobile phone sales store.

Nevertheless, at around March 12, 2016, the Defendants entered Jeju-do without the entry visa (VSA) but could not enter into the territory of the Republic of Korea, and deposited KRW 60,000 to the national bank account (L omitted) in the name of the state bank account (L omitted) used by the above 'J', and received a copy of the 'M of Chinese tourists' passport through the e-mail of the old account used by Defendant A, with the knowledge that it was information on the passport of Chinese organizations in the Republic of Korea other than Jeju-do, even though the Defendant entered Jeju-do without the entry visa (VSA).
The Defendants conspired to obtain a total of 194 Chinese tourists’ passport information from March 12, 2016 to May 17, 2016, as described in the attached Table 1, and received personal information for profit-making purposes, by being provided by others with the passport information of 194 Chinese tourists from around March 12, 2016.
B. The Defendants, who forged private documents, purchased the passport information of Chinese tourists from the above "J", which is a personal information sales hub, in 60,000 won per case, and their personal information.
