A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant who forged a private document or forged a private document may, without authority, enter “D”, “E” in the resident registration number column, and “E” in the State column, and “F apartment G in Seoul Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the intention to exercise without authority, even though he/she was delegated by the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and C, to deliver a certified copy of the resident registration at the community service center, and without authority to exercise the authority.

D’s seal and, on the same day, submitted a certified copy of D’s resident registration to H by the public official in charge who is aware of the fact.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a power of attorney to apply for the perusal or issuance of a copy or abstract of the resident registration card in the name of D without authority, and exercised it.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the aforementioned date, time, and place, submitted a copy of D’s resident registration slip to the public official in charge, “the power to request perusal or issuance of an abstract or copy of the resident registration card.”

As a result, the Defendant received a certified copy of another person’s resident registration card by fraud or other improper means.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspension of execution (the point where the defendant is in depth);
