A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

(a) enter the amount column by means of a verification body in the form of cash storage certificate, in the form of money, “J” on July 9, 2012, “L” on the date column, and “L”;

(c) written consent prepared in advance by means of an official approval color pen in the face amount column, with the words “J” on the date column, “L” on July 9, 2012, and “L” on the debt column;

(d) enter “BM730LD”, “M”, “M”, “Date 9 July 2012” and “L”, respectively, in the column of each letter, on the paper of confirmation prepared in advance by means of a test color pen;

(e) enter “N”, “****”, and “L” in the letter of proxy prepared in advance, in the resident registration number column, in the body of proxy, using a black pen; and

(f) enter “N” in the resident registration number column, “Seoul Gangnam-guO,*******” and “L” in the sex name column, respectively, on the front letter of the waiver of the vehicle and the written consent for vehicle use prepared in advance, using an authorized color pen;

(g) state in the form of a documentary performance certificate prepared in advance the amount column by means of a verification color pen on the paper of a documentary performance certificate, “Fin full-time,00” on the date column, “L” on July 9, 2012 and “L”;

(h) The application form for the issuance of an extract or copy of the resident registration card prepared in advance entered “N” in the resident registration number column, “O, Gangnam-gu Seoul,******”, and “L” in the applicant column by means of a black pen on the application form for the inspection and issuance of the resident registration card prepared in advance, and affix a seal of L which is inscribed in advance on the name of each L.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with E, has forged each application form for issuance of a copy or abstract of a loan agreement, cash storage certificate, written consent, confirmation letter, delegation letter, vehicle waiver letter, vehicle use consent letter, substitute payment certificate, and private document on proof of fact, and each copy or abstract of the application form, such as perusal and certification of the resident registration card, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.
