Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 6, 1972, the Defendant was married with C on December 6, 1972 and divorced on June 29, 1984.

around July 10, 2014, the Defendant borrowed “a loan certificate” and “a million won from the day off to the day off to the day of July 2014, 2015, using a certified pen in the paper A4 at his/her own residence, Yeonsu-gu Incheon apartment 105-dong 1301, the Defendant borrowed KRW 100,000 from July 20, 2014 to March 30, 2015.

The Defendant, at around December 9, 2016 and around January 6, 2017, submitted an application for issuance of a forged copy of the resident registration card to the public official in charge of civil affairs and exercised the same for the purpose of using the “G community service center” in the “G community service center located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City,” along with a written application for issuance of a copy of the resident registration card.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by submitting a forged loan certificate to the public official in charge of civil affairs at the same time and place as the above 2. Paragraph 1. The Defendant received the abstract of C’s resident registration card in an unlawful manner.
