Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

The Defendants did not pay the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 U.S. beef co-operation, etc. organized a "National Countermeasure Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures Council") with a view to organizing a strike against full import of U.S. beef in the U.S., on the grounds that "the phase-out expansion agreement of U.S. beef imports entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is about to be a stroke negotiation, as well as to bring about harm to citizens' health."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference followed the candlelight assembly that was held in the Cheongyang-dong, Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, led to the candlelight assembly that was held from May 6, 2008. On May 24, 2008, the candlelight assembly, which is an outdoor assembly after sunset, was held at the Cheong River square. From May 24, 2008, after the candlelight assembly, the countermeasures conference tried to enter the Cheongdae-dong road, such as the Sejong-ro, the paper, and the newspaper, to spread into the Cheongdae-dong road.

On May 26, 2008, from around 19:30 to 21:50, the countermeasures conference held a candlelight meeting with free speech, singing, a single theater, etc. in the presence of 3,000 members of the countermeasures conference, such as members of the countermeasures conference.
