Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 Korean Film Co., Ltd. organized a "National Countermeasure Council against Import of U.S. Beef Risk Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures Council") in order to systematically implement a strike against full import of U.S. beef, on the ground that "the phased import expansion agreement of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is a stroke negotiation, as well as to cause harm to the people's health."

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the ‘2MB nuclear strike conference' and the ‘Smi-friendly.net', which was held in Seoul Cheongyang square, etc., and tried to enter into the Cheong River by holding a candlelight assembly, which is a night outdoor assembly, every day from May 6, 2008. From May 24, 2008, the countermeasures conference held a candlelight assembly, which is a night outdoor assembly, from May 24, 2008.

On the other hand, on June 21, 2008, although the government announced the result of additional negotiations on the expansion of import of U.S. beef, the countermeasures conference continued to hold a candlelight demonstration by asserting that it is not an additional negotiation.

On August 5, 2008, from around 19:20 to 19:50 on the same day, the countermeasures conference held a candlelight assembly in the presence of not less than 2,700 members of the countermeasures conference, such as members of the countermeasures conference.
