Purport of application
On December 5, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the applicant's eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises, and the restriction on the acquisition of the eligibility to participate in the competitive tendering process for six months shall be suspended until the appellate court's decision is rendered in this Court.
Reasons
