On December 8, 2016, 2016, the respondent's disposition to revoke the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprise proprietors and to restrict the acquisition of eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process for small and medium enterprise proprietors, shall suspend its effect until the Seoul High Court 2017Nu54274 rendered a judgment on the revocation of the eligibility to participate
The same shall apply to the order.
Reasons
According to the records, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent damage that may arise to the applicant due to the cancellation of the above competitive bidding participation qualification and the enforcement of the restriction on the acquisition of participation eligibility, and there is no data to recognize that the suspension of the validity is likely to seriously affect public welfare.
Thus, the application of this case is justified and accepted.
