2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

The disposition stated in paragraph (1) of the Disposition shall be suspended by the 15th day after the judgment of this court is rendered, such as the revocation of revocation of qualification to participate in competitive bidding, etc.

According to the records, it is recognized that the disposition of Paragraph (1) of this Article is likely to cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and urgent necessity is required to prevent such damage, and there is no other data to recognize that the suspension of its validity is likely to seriously affect public welfare.

Thus, the petitioner's application of this case is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining application is dismissed as it is without merit.
