Purport of application
On December 5, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprise proprietors and restrictions on the acquisition of eligibility to participate (six months) shall be suspended until this Court 2016Guhap8372 decided on December 5, 2016.
Reasons
The materials presented in this case alone are insufficient to recognize that there is an urgent need to suspend the execution in order to prevent irrecoverable damage due to the validity of the disposition stated in the purport of the application. Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
