Purport of application
On December 8, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the applicant's eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprise proprietors and restrictions on the acquisition of eligibility to participate (six months) shall be suspended until the appellate court rendered a judgment in the case 2016Guhap83792.
Reasons
The materials presented in this case alone are insufficient to recognize that there is an urgent need to suspend the execution of a disposition written in the purport of the application to prevent irrecoverable damage due to the execution of the disposition. Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition.
