1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,528,222 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 11, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 5, the plaintiff is employed by the defendant from January 3, 1994 to provide labor.

The fact that the Defendant retired on May 27, 2015, and the fact that the Defendant did not pay 52,528,222 won of wages and retirement allowances to the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 52,528,222 won of wages and retirement allowances, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from June 11, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day following the date of retirement.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
