Reasons

Examining the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and the entire argument, Plaintiff A provides labor under employment from July 1, 2013 to October 15, 2013 to Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C from August 5, 2013 to Plaintiff D, and Plaintiff D from August 22, 2013 to September 30, 2014, respectively.

The fact that the Defendant retired from office, the Plaintiff’s annual salary of KRW 7,973,450, annual salary of KRW 1,974,370, retirement allowance of KRW 4,965,740, total of KRW 14,913,560, and the Plaintiff’s wage of KRW 6,892,740, the Plaintiff’s wage of KRW 5,030,120, retirement allowance of KRW 2,357,50, total of KRW 7,387,620, and KRW 3,422,160, retirement allowance of KRW 1,757,530, total of KRW 5,179,690, respectively.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff A wages and retirement allowances of KRW 14,913,560, and KRW 6,892,740, and KRW 7,387,620 to the plaintiff C, and KRW 5,179,690 to the plaintiff D, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 15, 2014 to the date of full payment as stipulated by the Labor Standards Act.
