1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 96,615,242 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The plaintiff provides the defendant with labor from September 16, 200 to May 31, 2016.

The facts that the Defendant retired from office did not receive wages of KRW 35,982,352 and retirement allowances of KRW 60,632,890 do not conflict between the parties. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 96,615,242 (= KRW 60,632,890) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Labor Standards Act from June 15, 2016 to the date of full payment, for which 14 days have passed since the date of retirement of the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
