1. The Defendant shall pay 22,810,550 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 8, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in the statement No. 1, the Plaintiff, as employed by the Defendant, provided labor from October 10, 2012 to June 23, 2014.

Although the Defendant retired from office, it is recognized that the Plaintiff did not pay KRW 22,810,550 out of the wages to the Plaintiff, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the aforementioned unpaid wages of KRW 22,810,550 and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 8, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day following the date of retirement.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
