1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,315,351 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 28, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 2, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant and provided labor from April 8, 2009 to January 13, 2015, and 10,39,521 (total amount of KRW 25,315,351) as well as retirement pay of KRW 14,915,830 and KRW 10,39,521 (total amount of KRW 25,315,351).

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff a total of 25,315,351 won of overdue wages, etc. and interest for arrears calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Labor Standards Act from January 28, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is clear that it is the 14th day after the retirement date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
