A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

The Defendant used the “D” account in the name “B” (C), which is a multi-welve web marijuana transaction site, and agreed with the seller of marijuana in the above B using the “E”, “F”, and “G” account, and agreed with the seller of marijuana to trade with the seller in writing on the bulletin board’s comments, including the type, quantity, amount, and date, time, and place of trade, and then remitted the marijuana sales amount to the non-twelco, the Defendant agreed to trade marijuana by the seller of marijuana under the so-called “Twel” method, in which the Defendant was aware of the place of the transaction by the seller of marijuana and the Defendant discovered.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On August 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around August 6, 2019, purchased the hemp plant from a seller of hemp in the name-free hemp on the B’s website; (b) around 5g.

After filing an application, the Plaintiff transferred approximately KRW 500,000 to the bitcocoin equivalent to the total amount of the hemp purchase price to the bitcocoin, which was known by the person who was not entitled to the above name, and then purchased marijuana by means of finding about about 5g of the hemp concealed by the seller of the hemp, under the air-conditioner of the house located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 22:00 on the same day, where the address of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is unknown.

B. On August 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) purchased three marijuana cart stores in the amount of electronic tobacco to a seller of marijuana, who uses “E” account on the B website; (b) around August 14, 2019.

After filing an application, the Plaintiff transferred approximately KRW 3.60,000 to the bitcocoin equivalent to the total amount of the hemp purchase price to the bitcocoin, which was known to the above winners of the name, and then purchased marijuana by means of finding three marijuana storages in the amount of electronic tobacco concealed by the seller of marijuana, following the air conditioner outside the house located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 22:00 on the same day where the address of Gangnam-gu is unknown.

The Defendant, around January 29, 2020, purchased hemp 7g of hemp from a seller of marijuana who uses a “F” account on the above B website.
