A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing marijuana;

A. On May 12, 2016, at around 15:26, the Defendant, at the Internet deep web sales site, decided to purchase approximately 1g of marijuana from a person who sells the name and influenite, “D,” the name and influenite, using ID “E,” and transferred approximately 190,82 won to an electronic wall box used by the seller, and then, around 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant purchased marijuana by means of finding approximately 1g of marijuana at one-story electric corridor near the exit of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. On July 12, 2016, around 20:53, the Defendant decided to purchase approximately 3g of marijuana from a person who sells “D” ID to use “D,” the Defendant transferred approximately 338,927 bitcos in the Republic of Korea to an electronic wallet used by the said seller, and then purchased marijuana in a manner of finding about 3g of marijuana from the male toilet change of the first floor of the H, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul to find out about 22:50 on the same day.

On July 24, 2016, the Defendant, around 21:26, decided to purchase 2g of marijuana from a person who uses the above “G” ID, and transferred 27g of marijuana 235,608 won to an electronic wallet used by the seller, and then purchased marijuana in a way of finding approximately 2g of marijuana in the delivery milk machine located immediately front of the J cafeteria at Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seocho-gu, at around 23:00 on the same day.

On August 4, 2016, around 16:14, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase 3 gh of marijuana from L using “D” as “D; (b) transferred 3 g of marijuana 301,187 won to L, and (c) purchased marijuana by means of searching approximately 3 g of marijuana in front of the building in front of the “N household store in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si,” around 24:00 on the same day.

E. On September 18, 2016, the Defendant, around 00:21, intended to purchase approximately 1g of marijuana from Q that uses the ID “O” (one name “P”), and used the Republic of Korea-based non-coin equivalent to KRW 132,293.
