A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant forged another person’s resident registration certificate with his name in order to make a so-called “so-called mobile phone” by means of forging another person’s resident registration certificate and opening a mobile phone under another person’s name. The name influenite forged another person’s resident registration certificate using his/her photograph, and the Defendant conspired to use another person’s resident registration certificate to open his/her mobile phone under another person’s name and then deliver it to the

On October 2012, the Defendant forged an official document and forged a copy of the resident registration certificate for C under the name of the head of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by attaching the Defendant’s photograph to C’s resident registration certificate, on the street in front of the female seat of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the street in front of the female seat of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of resident registration certificate against C in the name of the head of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of exercising his name in collusion.

2. Exercising forged official documents;

A. On November 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00, the first floor KT of the D D building in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) when F, an employee in charge, demands to open a mobile phone and present an identification card, the Defendant presented and exercised the forged resident registration certificate as stated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, exercised one resident registration certificate against C in the name of the head of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On November 10, 2012, around 17:03, the Defendant: (a) presented a forged resident registration certificate, as stated in paragraph (1) when I, an employee in charge, demands the presentation of identification cards in the point of KTH located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, by opening a cell phone; and (b) exercised it.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, exercised one resident registration certificate against C in the name of the head of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On November 11, 2013, the Defendant, at K located in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council on November 11, 2013, demanded to present an identification card by opening his/her mobile phone. The Defendant is forged as stated in 1.
