1. The forgery of official documents and the display of forged official documents by Defendant A;

A. On April 2016, the Defendant sent pictures of friendly E’s resident registration certificates at the vicinity of a bus terminal located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, and his/her photographic file to his/her name who is a forged business entity’s name and was influence to G key day.

In order to request the forgery of the resident registration certificate, the name influorized person requested the forgery of the resident registration certificate, and made a copy of the E resident registration certificate issued by the head of Geumcheon-gu, Busan by combining the defendant's evidentiary photo on the photo of the E's resident registration certificate, and made a copy of the E's registration certificate issued by the head of Geumcheon-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, forged an official document for the purpose of uttering.

B. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant presented a copy of the forged resident registration certificate as if it were a copy of the resident registration certificate issued genuinely, at the “LG Plus” agency located in Busan Shipping Daegu, and at the same time, at the “LG Plus agency” agency located in Busan Shipping Daegu, two mobile phones were opened, and G, an agency employee who may know the forgery.

2. The act of forging a private document and uttering of a falsified investigation document by Defendant A, and fraud

A. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant stated the application form for subscription to LGU mobile phone, personal information utilization consent, the application form for subscription to the LG U mobile phone ( mobile phone insurance), the application form for subscription to the LG U mobile phone flus license, and the application form for subscription to the LG U mobile phone flus customer consent form, entered the applicant’s “E” in the applicant’s column and sealed it back to the applicant’s column, and continuously used the “I” mobile phone in order to use the “I”, the Defendant stated the application form for subscription to the LGU mobile phone, the application form for use of personal information, the written consent form for cell phone flus license ( mobile phone insurance), the application form for subscription to the LG U.S. flus customer consent form, entered the applicant’s “E” in the applicant column, and sealed it back to it.

Accordingly, the defendant is entitled to exercise two copies of the E's application form and two copies of the consent form for the use of personal information.
