1. Basic facts

A. From February 1, 2007 to October 31, 2012, the Plaintiff served as the B branch office of the Gyeonggi Savings Bank Co., Ltd.

Article 15 (Standards for Annual Leave Compensation) The annual leave compensation shall be paid in accordance with the following standards for payment:
