1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The parties involved A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Bankruptcy Bank”) run financial business, such as credit installment savings, loan business, etc., and was subject to a disposition of business suspension from the Financial Services Commission on November 16, 2012, and was declared bankrupt by this court on May 20, 2013, while the lawsuit in this case was pending, and the Defendant was appointed as bankruptcy trustee of the Bankruptcy Bank and taken over the lawsuit in this case.
The employees of the Bankruptcy Bank shall be classified into annual salary contract workers and salary contract workers who work through the comprehensive and annual renewal or extension of contracts in accordance with their duties and employment methods.
The plaintiffs (all of the comprehensive, annual salary contract, and salary contract positions) reported as bankruptcy claims a part of the amount listed in the attached Table 2, alleging that there was an annual allowance and retirement allowance not paid in the above bankruptcy procedure with those who worked or worked in the bank in the bankruptcy. However, all of them were denied by the defendant.
Article 52 (Reward) (1) of the collective agreement shall pay bonuses of 1,200% per annum on the first day of each month to the company.
Article 67 (Statutory Leave) (3) When it is impossible to grant leave on a company-type basis, the following compensation shall be paid for the period:

Article 47 (Payment Date of Bonuses): The first day of each month: All employees, payment method: Currency, payment standard: in accordance with the current benefit regulations: 100% of ordinary wages, payment rate: Article 3 (Determination of Benefits) of the Regulations on the Actual Wage of 100% of ordinary wages. ① The wages of employees shall be classified into class 1 through class 5 members, technical employees, and employment commission pay according to the classification of the organization.
(2) The wages of a worker and a commission shall be governed by a separate employment contract.
