1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount of the attached claim and the amount of the award in the form of "official fees" in the attached sheet and the amount of the award.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The defendant is a local public corporation wholly invested by Incheon Metropolitan City, and a public facility management project under Incheon Metropolitan City, such as parking facilities, underground shopping malls, funeral facilities, and sports facilities, is operated and managed in an integrated manner.

(2) Plaintiffs A, D, E, F, G, and K were employees or employees in general service of the Defendant, and Plaintiffs B, C, H, I, and J were commercial employees or commercial employees of the Defendant.

B. Except as otherwise provided in the Local Public Enterprises Act, the Ordinance of the Corporation, the articles of incorporation, and other regulations, remuneration for executives and employees under Article 2 (Scope of Application) of the Wage Regulations of the Defendant shall be governed by

Provided, That in the case of commercial workers, it shall be governed by the business employment rules, instructor employment contracts, and operating regulations, respectively.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms) The definitions of terms used in the provisions of this Article shall be as follows:

6. The term "ordinary wages" means the total amount of salaries, operating allowances, technical allowances, meal service subsidies, and transportation expenses;

Article 26 (Overtime Work Allowances, etc.) (1) For employees who have worked outside of working hours prescribed by an order to work, and employees who have worked on holidays and nights, overtime work allowances, holidays and night work allowances shall be paid in accordance with the standards in attached Table 7 within budgetary limits.

(2) Night work referred to in paragraph (1) means work from 22:00 to 6:00 on the following day.

Article 27 (Annual Allowances) An annual allowance shall be paid to a person who has worked on the annual leave day according to the standards in attached Table 7.
