1. The defendant shall make each of the money stated in the "Amount No. 3" column in attached Form 3 to the plaintiffs, and each of them.
Reasons
(i)(i)in respect of persons appointed as treatment officials in accordance with personnel regulations, 6 per cent of the monthly salary of the officials concerned shall be paid as treatment allowances;
Provided, That if the sum of monthly salary and treatment allowances exceeds the amount of monthly salary at the time of promotion to the next higher position, the excess amount shall be reduced.
Article 26 (Overtime Work Allowances, etc.) (1) A overtime work allowance, a holiday work allowance, and a night work allowance shall be paid to persons who have worked outside of working hours prescribed by an order to work and persons who have worked on holidays and nights in accordance with the standards set forth in attached Table 8.
Article 29 (Dangerous Duty Allowances) The dangerous duty allowances shall be paid to employees engaged in dangerous duties under the standards set forth in attached Table 8.

(2) The term "members" in this Regulation means officers and employees.
Article 7 (Payment of Welfare Expenses) (1) Welfare expenses falling under any of the following subparagraphs may be paid within budgetary limits for the promotion of welfare of employees:
2. Class-grade subsidies;
3. Family stability expenses. (2) The criteria for payment of welfare expenses are as shown in the attached Table 1;
Provided, That this shall not apply during the period of temporary retirement or suspension.
[Attachment 1] The amount to be subject to the classification of welfare expense payment criteria is 650 won per month, 750,000 won per month for non-high class assistant director of class 1 to 3 class 4 class 6 to 7 class 6 class 7 class 3 class 4 class 6.
