Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant, from around 15:15 to around 16:15 of the same day, took part in the “resolution on the removal of general workers at the time of reorganization and dismissal” held by the Korean Democratic Workers’ Union Federation (hereinafter “Korean Workers’ Union”) in front of the Korean Workers’ Office in Yongsan Heavy Industries, which was located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, from around 15:15 to around 16:15 of the same day, with 1,300 participants from around 16:0 of the same day to around 17:05 of the same day, the Defendant started the Hanjin Heavy Industrial Complex with three-lanes in the direction of running the broadcast vehicles, delivery stations, and flagpool, and continued the session from around 17:44:7 of the same day to the same day.

As above, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. On May 1, 2013, the Federation of the National Democratic Workers' Unions of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "National Workers' Unions") refers to the 'National Workers' Congress of the World Labor Section 123 weeks under the participation of 20,000 members, etc. of the Korean Workers' Federation in Seoul Squa-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, with the participation of 20,000 members, etc. of the Korean Workers' Federation in May 1, 2013.
