Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the Chief Deputy Director of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "Private Labor Union Federation") B.

On April 24, 2015, from around 08:00 to 24:00, the Korean Civil Labor Group held 20,000 members, etc. in the Seoul plaza in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with the participation of 20,00 members, etc., the Korean Civil Labor Union Act was held.
