A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Labor Union Federation”) is deemed to be the World Labor-Saving Workers’ Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Workers’ Competition”) in which 20,000 members, etc. of the Korean Labor Union were participating in around 16:0 on May 1, 2015 in the Seoul Square-ro 20,00 members, etc. in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. The Defendant damaged special goods for public use: (a) went away from a parallel route from a paper 2-A; (b) 6,00 members, etc. of the public transportation labor union in the Republic of Korea; and (c) went back to a parallel route with approximately 6,00 members.
