Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant participated in the “Korean Workers’ Republic of Korea” held on April 24, 2015.

From April 24, 2015 to 24:00, the Korean Democratic Labor Union Federation (hereinafter “Private Labor Union Federation”) was planned by the National Labor Union Federation. From around 08:00 on April 24, 2015 to around 24:00, the Korean Labor Union (hereinafter “Private Labor Union”) held a “National Labor Union Workers Competition” among the participation of 20,00 members, etc. of the Korean Labor Union in Seoul square located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and reported that the two-ro 2 of the Seoul square-ro Ga-ro Ga-ro 2 of the Seoul square will proceed by using two-lanes in the direction of proceeding to the Seoul square.

As a result, from around 13:30 on April 24, 2015 to around 16:45 on the part of 8,800 members such as members, the Korean Civil Labor Group held a worker competition in Seoul Snool B with the society in Seoul Snool B. From around 13:30 on April 24, 2015, at around 16:45 on the same day, 7,000 persons from the participants in the assembly began to run by using the lane prior to the moving direction from Seoul Snool to the slope 2 on the same day, but left the parallel route on which the first report was filed from 17:16 on the same day.

The Defendant participated in the above Workers' Competition and occupied the lane 1 in front of the front of the beam of Jongno-gu Seoul as well as the participants in the Assembly from April 24, 2015 to April 19:00 of the same day, from April 24, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.

2. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant participated in the World Labor-Savings Labour Games held on May 1, 2015.

The above worker competition is an assembly planned by the labor-management team, and the labor-management team takes part in 20,000 members of the labor-management team in the Seoul square located in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 1, 2015 at around 16:00, the labor-management team will hold the "National Labor-saving Workers Competition" and the Seoul Squa-ro 2 will proceed by using two lanes in the direction of progress to the Seoul Squa-gu Seoul Squa-ro 2.
