A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

From February 14:10 to 15:35 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant participated in the 3,500 emergency pending issues in the five-party organization and the 10-party-based 10-party worker competition in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, with the 3,500 members, etc. belonging to B organization B.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
