Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2013, from around 15:00 to 15:35, the Defendant participated in the Korean Democratic Trade Union Act with 3,500 members, etc. of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation at the Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant: (a) started with a parallel from 15:45 to 17:35; and (b) came to go through the road route of the Southwest and the Bank of Korea; (c) around 2,500 participants in other assemblies; and (d) around 16:34 to around 17:35, the Defendant occupied the road for about 61 minutes from around 16:34 to around 17:35, and obstructed the passage of many unspecified vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
